Here's my bill, average of 0.18kwh. That's bad enough but the $19 a month for the base sucks. It just went up 80% about 6-8 months ago. I think the kwh rate is going up 2.5% in April.
A fireplace yes. An efficient wood stove, no.A fireplace will suck more heat out of your house than it will put in. Have you ever heated with wood? There's much work involved. Cutting, splitting, hauling, lifting several times.
@MinnesotaEric that sounds great! Thanks for the tip on the seals. Can you elaborate a bit on the nitrogen / vacuum purge process as to why it is particularly important for the Hyper heat systems? (I thought dry was important for all HVAC...)
All the best, Peter
If I build another place, an outdoor wood-boiler is a serious consideration. They can work well, and I'd expect a lower insurance premium than burning wood indoors. A # of years back, I was impressed with the Portage and Main boiler I saw at a farm show - wasn't "blingey" compared to some others (my preference usually), and had very good build quality.A fireplace yes. An efficient wood stove, no.
Sir, may I ask, what is the rent of a power line?0,07/kwh in USD But then I have to pay rent of the power line, it costs 227usd a month
I always look at the total resulting cost. In your case it looks like an average cost of 22.8 cents/kwh.Here's my bill, average of 0.18kwh. That's bad enough but the $19 a month for the base sucks. It just went up 80% about 6-8 months ago. I think the kwh rate is going up 2.5% in April.

.07 USD , not bad. What city ?The electricity bill in my hometown is 0.52 RMB per kilowatt hour
That's true if you use approximately the same amount. What really ticked me off was when they raised the rates awhile back everyone was up in arms. No one made a peep about the flat rate almost doubling. My garage bill now is around $50-$60 every two months. It was around <$35-$45.I always look at the total resulting cost. About the same as here
My hometown is Laibin City, Guangxi, China.07 USD , not bad. What city ?
And can we see a picture of your tractor? Lovol sounds interesting. Not something we have available by me in Pennsylvania.
Thanks Axing, never been in that area of China. Do you farm and if so, what do you grow.My hometown is Laibin City, Guangxi, China
If you want to see more Chinese tractor video pictures, I think there will be many export versions on YouTube, and if you want to see the Chinese domestic version, you may need to enter Chinese to search

You can copy it to your browser and search, and you may be able to search for the domestic version of agricultural machinery in China![]()

I call them Fairy-Tale Fees, and they are pretty much Everywhere.....Another thing to look at are add on fees. in VT, not only is the rate pretty high, but because of the Efficiency Vermont Program, that subsidizes all kinds of energy saving products, mainly through rebates, they add on a fee, based on your electricity use, to give away to those who apply for rebates. All part of them trying to be "green". They have a plan, and are "taxing" all of us to get there. They are after fossil fuels too, trying to add another tax on home heating oil, to force people to stop using it. All the do gooders, who have money, trying to force those who can't afford to switch, to switch.
Thank you for your welcomeThanks Axing, never been in that area of China. Do you farm and if so, what do you grow.
And welcome to TBN.
