What the heck is a #6 ORBF port?

Got some Shur lift hydraulic cylinders for my MID600 backhoe. the spec's state it has #6 ORBF ports. What are these? Need some help...

#6 = 6/16 = 3/8"

Here's a 90 that'll screw into your cylinder (#6 means 6/16", or 3/8") and convert it to JIC connector, if that's what you have - this site has many others, just need to look around a bit to find an adapter to/from nearly anything hydraulic.

No, SAE and ORB are NOT the same thing.

SAE = Society of Automotive Engineers (I didn't look it up, but they certainly standardized many different styles of fittings amoungst everything else they cover)

ISZ is right - more correctly, SAE is a broad spectrum of standards - ORB is just ONE of those, but hydraulics places tend to use "shorthand" and refer to that particular standard as either SAE or ORB. Check the thread guide again, note that it calls ORB "SAE J1926-1" - And in the table of contents, this
