I ordered a TOTO,,, :thumbsup: that is the good,,,

but,,,

I ordered it from Amazon,,, :thumbdown:

now, I am sweating bullets,, waiting for delivery to see if it arrives it the proper number of pieces,,,
That is the biggest complaint about any toilet on Amazon,,
getting it to your house without the delivery breaking it,,,

I Amazon ordered it, because that was the only place that had it available in "BONE" color,,, before November,,,
if all goes well,, it will be installed in the next 28 hours,,,,

I order almost nothing online but many do and it works out just fine...

I think you will be pleased with performance for a low flow.

You might want to pick up spare wear parts... I find most handy to have but I also maintain property...

Nothing like having something on shelf in a pinch.

I order a ton of stuff from Amazon. Very little of it has issues with shipping. If it does, I've never had an issue with Amazon taking my word on it and sending me another or refunding my money. I always look at Amazon first and unless they're outrageously expensive I always pick them because their shipping is the best in the business.

A toilet will probably come in two boxes, one for the tank and one for the bowl, I'd guess about 30 pounds each which should be child's play for UPS.

Interesting link. I am from the Pacific NW and any of us who contract with or supply material to a certain customer is precluded by contract from mentioning said customer in any advertisement.

Like a few others, I installed 2 American Standard Champion 4's in our home. A couple of years an no problems. Flush is very quick and short but effective. It has the larger flush valve and I keep wondering if it will be a problem finding a replacement when they fail. Since I have two, It would make sense to buy a replacement kit to keep on hand but I never think to look when at the box stores.

Have an American Standard “Vormax”. Has an amazing jet-like action that comes in sideways at the top of the bowl and creates a vortex that spins around and cleans the bowl very well. Flushes fast, and not too noisy.

AVOID this Bemis toilet seat the cheap plastic hinges break and you can't replace the hinges:

I asked (rhetorically) why they don't offer replacement hinges on their website since ALL THREE of the seats we remodeled our house with are broken. No hinges, have to replace the seat. That means an hour drive for me.

Just say NO to Bemis toilet seats - they're #@$# (kawhoosh).
