What was the first mod you did to your tractor??

I've got a bunch of tractors so I listed the first mods I'd done to a few of them and that most of them now have. I'd say bucket hooks and a skidplate should be the first two around here (hooks are certainly the easiest), but they all get extra tool/gadget/2lpop storage and the EZGuide+ as well.

JD 4320 - Mirrors mounted to the canopy so my guys can see where the edge of the arena drag is, hopefully BEFORE they turn and swing it into something hard. I bought a QA fork setup with it that has a big ol' lifting ring on it, so I figure I don't really need bucket hooks (a great idea I never heard of before I came here).
B2710 - Replaced the seat after it got torn. (OK, I guess that's not a "mod"). It's bone stock. Oh, wait, I forgot about the lights added on the grille guard.
2N - Changed out the nut and washer on the choke control rod for an actual knob. Oh, and replaced the wimpy battery cables with the right size for a 6V system.

I was gonna start listing all the mods I've done but figured you'd fall asleep before getting to the end of it.

Actually, I think my 1st was sawing off the "gas" pedal.

I had two projects going at the same time.

I fabricated a subframe for the Backhoe and welded mounted points on tractor.

Fabricated mount for new Yamaha Gold Cart Top. Needed Shade really BAD.
