What was the first mod you did to your tractor??

I added the slow vehicle safety triangle.

First thing was add a rear work light, second was a tool box and bracket for the front weights.

Addede Markem tooth bar to FEL bucket. It's hasn't been off since I put it on.

LOL pitt.. That was my first addition too..and it was the first thing to go after i put a beer in it and it instantly went flat.... after that came a curtis cab with heat and lights..

I installed a set of gauges -- oil pressure, water temp and voltmeter.

You guys must all must be a little younger than me.

It was removing the steel lug wheels and sending them to town to have them "rubbered" so we could legally drive from the south 40 to the west 40.

Hot dip, or something like a chained-on retread where only rubber touches the road? Never seen that one before- guess 40 is pretty young. Gonna have to tell my 36yr old wife how young I am.
