Nice looking New Holland. I have one too, but my paint is faded. By applicator, I presume you mean a Greensaver spray head setup? If the previous owner used the old style Greensaver, make sure you wash the bailer thoroughly, especially the bale chamber and plunger area. The old style Greensaver was corrosive to metal parts. Did you get a manual with it?? Lastly, are the knotters tight? The key ways tend to get a little sloppy and it makes the knotter brake work that much harder.
