did you even bother to nitice the '?' In case you were not aware.. we call those 'question marks'... denoting a question. I was wondering if it was a cheap or damaged paint surface??
Dealing with diesels I see lots of acid spewover in the battery area.. so far the best protectant for metal *"I"* have found is .. wait for it...---------> INTACT glossy paint.
As for assumptions of things I havn't seen... Are you implying I've never seen paint? or never seen batteries? or battery acid? Now that is what I would call arrogant.... ??
As for the surface you mentioned? no I havn't seen it .. which is WHY I asked if it was damaged paint..??
