What's it worth?

A local Facebook listing has a 2017 John Deere 1025R with 312 hours, I match set up, 60” drive on deck, 60” Frontier tiller and rear blade. Based on the video, the tractor looks to be in excellent condition and well cared for. Still has some warranty through 2023. Seller is asking $16,900. Is this a good price? Also, I don’t need the tiller. Any idea what it’s worth?

New a 5' tiller from somebody other than a JD dealer was about $1800 new. I paid $2k at a TSC a few years ago for a 6'. No idea what JD charges for them. With what tractors are selling for these days, assuming a 1025 is a 25 hp that sounds about right.....if it has a loader you didn't mention.

This January I bought an LS MT2-25S with loader for $15,500 new. A drive on deck would be about $2500 to $3k, rear blade, you didn't give the width, $500-700....so adding that to my purchase price would be $18.5k roughly for a new unit with zero hours, no charge for green paint.......
