In early October, driving down the road 1.5 miles to my neighbor's annual tractor field days....joining the parade later for a drive to the local roadside restaurant for a piece of pie and coffee and the trip back....visit his web site at Welcome and tour a couple past events or look at a few of their tractors.... follow links for 2008 and 2009 to see pics of previous parades to the restaurant....P.S. I also help his dad by doing tailings in the 100+ year old Lane mill...enjoy the links and photos.

Of course depending on region/country of tractor operator answers will vary.
My favorite fun to me thing and I haven't done it in a while is pulling disc harrow. Strange isn't it.

I truly enjoy all aspects of doing tasks with my tractor. I enjoy the outdoors and accomplishing the task, knowing that my efforts were successful. I suppose that using my Bush Hog gives me the most satisfaction.

Seriously though....planting with my refurbished JD model B grain drill is most satisfying.

I think bushhoggin pastures is a personal favorite of mine. a cool summer morning with dew still on the grass a nice breeze and a beautiful morning of mowing ahead. that sure is hard to beat in my book. take away the bugs and it would be heaven!

I enjoy using the grapple to clean up an over grown area and then stopping to take a look at what has been accomplished. It is a satisfying feeling.

I'd vote for pushing snow with FEL, or snowblower. Then road grading with linenbach land plane.

Most anything but especially maintaining my road, building tractor roads in the woods, and small scale logging.

I have to say most fun thing is the actual buying of it. Cant beat the thrill of finalizing the deal and watching the dealer unload it off the truck. Anything after that is anti-climatic.

I'll letcha know... My Kioti CK30HST / BH / BB is due to be delivered this afternoon. The guys over at Stigler Milling Co in OK have been great... Dealer said he was looking forward to delivering it 'cause his guys were playing with the hoe again and he couldn't get them off of it.

My tractor got washed recently ... by my Kubota dealer, after doing my 400-hour service. I wonder if they felt so bad about what they charged that they thought the least they could do was clean it up a little! :laughing:
