When to go gooseneck

So how does one tell if is 14k rated from a distance? Jon

Do you need a Class A license to pull a 14K bumper pull in CA? I don稚 see why it would be different than a gooseneck. It痴 real easy to spot a 14K rated trailer.

Bumper pull is not a problem. IDK why. B.

But moving down the road I can not count the lug nuts. Does the reflective tape down the complete sides mean anything? I added some pieces to my 10k trailer at the corners only when I first bought it. Jon
