Flail Mower Where can I find a front-mounted flail?

I am not so sure I would want one up front, I know my side mounted flail kicks up a fair bit of dust and debris behind it at times, not so bad with a side or rear mounted flail, but in front why needlessly make the tractor and operator ingest that mess
