Thought of a question. I guess I will probably find out for myself, but, do these work well if I try to float my FEL, or am I going to want to hold it steady and keep adjusting the height? My driveway is gravel and there is both a significant amount of vertical curvature because of the shape of the land, as well as rough variation just because the driveway's not that nice.

You may need a third one in the middle to help prevent scalping the center

I'm already on it. Their web site suggests three for my size equipment, and I already ordered them. In stock not far away, so they should be here soon.

Thanks!

Yes, float that bucket. You'll find that your bucket level indicator gives some 'wiggle room' you didn't have before.

Your outer two don't need to be at bucket corners, either. I switch my 3 ETs between three CUT FELS 60-64" wide, always attaching the 'outers' 8" or so in from the edges.

I float my bucket/FEL when I use mine most the time but there are a few times when having it out of float is needed for better control.

I too could use the six inch size; to bad shipping is so costly.

Where in WA are you? There are several Kubota/Land Pride dealers in the Puget Sound area. I am sure they wold be adaptable to your blade. Dealer in Chalis along I-5. I bought a set with my blade and never installed them, No snow up here.

Several dealers here. I was thinking those edge products would be better for my place than the pucks.

You probably need both them. My thought is why get that close to sideline obstructions. I had a county truck take out my mail box and it was 2' from the edge of the paving. Why was he way over there in the first place? Negligence. The PW department was out the same day and replaced post and box. Depending on type of blade speed is a factor. Rear blade casting off one way speed should be pretty low. Just rambling thoughts as I contemplate how I would approach the job if I had to do it. I am probably way out to lunch.

The Edge Tamers is my interest, those for the bucket when pushing snow. The rounds ones would be good for the rear blade though. If ever I get a rear blade it should have something like those rounds pedestals to keep the blade up in snow.
