Where to add engine oil in Ford 2000?

Fill tube is just ahead of the distributor, remove the cap with the wing nut.

i'd personally put in 15w4 C/S rated oil.
for the trans sump, diffy sump, and hyds sump ( all seperate ), you can use a utf oil meeting M2c134 spec. OR use 80w90 gear oil in the trans and diffy, and UTF in the hyds.
spin on filter will be a fram ph8a, supertech st8a, napa 1452 or 1515, motorcraft fl1a , dual 300 etc.
ignition parts for that machine will be:
Side-Mount Distributor: 8n thru 4 cyl thousand series
gap points to .025

All 4 cyl models can use AL-437 or champion H12 spark plugs instead of OEM Champion H10 or AL 216 plugs.
ps.. time to get a owners manual, and a fo20 service manual

Hey, I'm curious what year is your Ford 2000? Have you ever replaced the voltage regulator?

my ford 2000? it's a 63-64 model with some parts from other 55+ models mixed in
i have an alt on it. so no external vreg.
I changed the system to 12 V and use an alternator instead of a generator and don't use a voltage regulator.
