Should be ready to install next wk. trying to see in pics, on where filter houseing bolts to for the hyd. fld. filter coming from hy-press. side right? They had some 1 1/2" thin conduit material for loader support brakets, making them out of 3/8" flatbar this should add strength/weight. Front connecting plt. 3/8: also for weight. Will be sending pics of progress. Txs for all the help guys. Jim

Hydraulic filter is on the low pressure side. Big line is low pressure or suction. Your tie in will come only on the high pressure side except the tank return line from the control valve. You will have to find an opening for it. Wonder what reference #32 is in the drawing? Useable? It has a copper gasket under it.

Looks like the BatesBunch has found your valve. Your pictures indicate the power beyond feature is not being used. I can't actually see the power beyond plug in your pictures but it must still be in place. Shouuld be on bottom or depending on how you turn the valve I guess it could be on top.

Yes sir, its on the btm., Thanks BatesBunch and Winston for your help, i am almost done fig. out the sub-frame pcs.. Getting everything measured out and cut, then tack welded. Bolted or clamped in place, so i can lift it up for a fit test. Slow n go just want to make sure everything lines up and will have plenty of clearence to operate smoothly. Anyways i will post pics of frame and install pics. after attached. Been looking for bh attachment, around here they go for 2-3k used and in good shape. But you have to call on em or they're like hotcakes and go fast. Valve is a good one, only seen one small leak on bucket cyl. where it screws into cyl. its self. Will know more when i purge lines. Thanks again. Jim:thumbsup:

Ok started on sub-frame fab. job. Looks like everything is going to line-up ok. After looking at others on TBN, this is what i've come up with. Some parts are just tacked or still clamped in place. Will do welding and put on drill press tomorrow. The channel iron is 3/16" w/3/8 welded to under side, the rest is 1/4" or 3/8" and 1/2" for the front tabs on bumper. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated. Txs

What is behind the plate w/3 bolts, in the last picture? I don't have manuals yet. Txs. Jim

Thanks for the pictures. Not understanding "the channel iron is 3/16" w/3/8" welded to the under side"?
