Much of the country this past fall was way TOOO wet for getting in the fields to harvest and some of the worst conditions were in the upper Midwest.

Friend I grew up with sent me these from NE South Dakota this past November.

This one has my vote so far as "stuck worse".

Well everybody knows that Green Paint weighs 10x more than blue paint. No wonder they got stuck. :D

That's a 2,400# cutterhead on the front of my skidsteer.

It only looked like a "small ditch" before I tried to cross

I ordered a 16,000# winch the following day.

That looks really bad. How did you get out? I bet you're sure glad it didn't weigh any more then it did!!!!!

Eddie,

I was able to raise the arms. I removed the 2,400# cutterhead from the machine then had my partner drag it away from the area with a 70hp skidsteer. The 70hp skidsteer couldn't even lift the cutterhead.

I put cribbing under the tracks then connected a chain from the front of my loader to the 70hp loader. Both loaders together were able to creep forward enough to drive out of the hole.

My loader and cutterhead weigh just over 14,000 lbs. Is that what you thought it would weigh?

Yep, that's stuck. It seems like the bigger a machine is the stucker it gets.
