As posted here already..Sickens is the king of the hill.
I have a log house and I find minwax helmsman spar urethane to last the longest. It isn't cheap but it still looks good on my cedar log house after 10 years of hard winters..
Ten years would be great, but reading through the other TBN thread warns not to use urethane base! I wounder if siding is different than logs in terms of coatings. There is a log home dealer 30 miles from here I may pay a visit to and see what they say.
The Sikkins is highly recomended so I am looking into it as well but not sure from their website if it is a one coat or multiple coat finish.
