for one thing, the previous owner was unlikely to be a little old lady, as well said.
Plus the motor never had enough power or enough reliability. Should have had one or the other at least...
Lastly, it's wide, really wide and fairly noisy.
Makes a huge amount of sense hauling soldiers and gear over rough country at lower speeds.

Still see them in motor convoys on the highway, probably not the most pleasant thing to drive at 55mph. I bet those huge tires dart around and make tons of noise. But unlike my Michelins, they'll take a bullet.

I think for ten grand a Humvee might make some sense for someone with wipe open spaces.
Paint it dark green and put the name of your ranch on the side.

I think I'd look at a Powerwagon first, a Jeep CJ four door next, an older Jeep Cherokee, Raptor is too big and on too many steroids, but I'm sure would be fun to drive.
But from a price standpoint, those new trucks are in the 40 to 60 grand range, some much more, so for ten grand,
I think you stand a good chance also of getting your money out of it, unless stuck for major repairs.
There's always someone who wants to drive something very different, not for utility, but just for the look.
