What did you choose? If you still haven't decided, here's my input:
As an L3130 owner, I have occasionally wanted more power, but only once have I wanted smaller size - when excavating for new stalls inside an existing pole barn. The L3130 was maneuverable enough to handle the job without bringing the barn down on top of my head, but it would have been easier w/ a BX. Now that that job is finished, I'm back to liking the frame size I have, while sometimes wondering what it would be like to have an M-series. You need at least a 3130, trust me.
I see you were also looking at a JD4410. If the dealer's good, that's another good choice, but you can think this thing to death. Just git 'er done.
