Some bird species puts her Eggs into the nest of another bird, so that bird will use it's energy and resources to further the genetics of the first.

We all are hoping that the writing on the wall is just invisible ink.Unfortunately I can't disagree with that assessment as I suspect the real questions will eventually become: "just how bad will/can it get?" along with "when?"
While I have my own suspicions as to the answer to those questions, I'd very much like to be very wrong in my thinking on both.....
We all are hoping that the writing on the wall is just invisible ink.
What makes the big difference now is..."experts" are not and are not going to be making the predictions...AI is and will be...Just as experts predicted six of the last two global financial catastrophes, they foresaw the destruction of our society and American way of life all three times since 1980.
It's plain to see that we're doomed, but somebody washed walls around here and I for one don't know how long we've got this time.
Regardless of the popularity of the topic...self driving cars are a lot farther off than a lot of folks seem to think (on public roads anyway).../, IMO neither will be accurate. ('twould be a first) And life goes on. btw, I can't wait for wee all to get self-driving cars. It's another way we can stay broke making tech companies rich while we're absorbed in our phones and all the channels we can receive. We can ride around in our cars to avoid working and share our lunch menus on spacebook or twitchat.
The 'Good Jobs' will remain in government or on a TV screen. In a country with a dozen sports channels do we rally expect everyone to be paid commensurate with the rigors of their job?
Meanwhile, I'm committed to sticking around to rebuild the Country from the rubble with positive thinking, and prayers that we'll get through these difficult times.
There is one thing that could fix most all of our troubles, if we'd only dare. "Kill all the Humans." _ Bender![]()
