Both of you are new members (joined 2012) but he really has posted too few posts for you to get into name calling as I see it.

If you think about it for a minute the farmer may not have been an idiot. Few are in my experience.

Why did he not trade it if he got another loader? What did the farmer have in the loader per the IRS?

Try to watch name calling with a new member unless he is your BIL and if so spill your guts. :B

I did not do any name calling. I simply made an observation. Did you not see at all where the guy started a post about finding a good deal and markups? Then he says in the same post how he triple profited on his machine? I do not feel hypocrite was out of line sir

Sorry about the spelling, I had no intentions of offending anyone. Honestly, I cannot thing of another spelling. Besides, I'm jewish. Ya'll could poke fun at my spellings all night and all day, if I wanted an english grammar course, Honestly, I would join another forum.

Maybe he had a need to blow about it.

I know a guy that was approached to by a guys farm that he no longer wanted. The seller named his price then went up on it after it turned out it was 2 acres larger than it had been thought over the years but the buyer did not make an issue out of it. The buyer was paying a lot of interest on the place and thought he would price the timber that was left on the place. The timber sell turned out to be more than the purchase price of the farm. Some chicken houses were then built on the ajoining farm and the wife said no way they were going to build there someday after that development. Since they were not going to build there (awesome 35 acres and a low cost lake could have been built do to natures assistance the guy listed it. I sold for 185% of the purchase price from six years earlier.

NO one twisted anyone's arm or anything else.

Good deals so occur.
