Is the quesition of human nature in general or in reference to recent threads here? )</font>
Just human nature in general. Communication is a learned skill and most folks just aren't that good at it, myself included. We listen with the intent to respond with our point of view rather than listening with the intent to understand what the other person is saying. Political conversations tend to be two people having a one-way conversation.
