Good idea.

My friend who lives in TN wanted to put a hot tub out on his deck. I said aren't snakes attracted to water? (he is deathly afraid of snakes) That was 3 months ago and he hasn't mentioned one more word about hot tubs!

Hot tubs and swimming pools. They're really GREAT for the first year or so. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I've known lots of people who had them; had an in ground swimming pool ourselves for about 11 years. I've also known some people who had them taken out or filled in, and I've known some who had them and moved; just to get a home without a hot tub or swimming pool, but I've only personally known of one person who had a swimming pool, moved to a new place and had another pool installed. Never known anyone to have a second hot tub. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Once rid of the first one; nevermore. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif But I'm sure there are exceptions to that; just that I never met one of them.
