It's about five years old and the heavy item is the zero turn which I would take out. Cousin said the exact same thing as LeeJohn. This will be a next spring project and just getting ideas.
Put poles under it and get a bunch of Good old Texas boys to lift and walk it.View attachment 676450
I tried moving a 12' x 18' log cabin. It's a "kit" log cabin. Logs are 6" turned and tongue & groove. Two large, long pine trees all the way under the cabin. The neighbor came over with his 250hp, 4WD tractor. It wouldn't budge. Surprisingly, the big tractor couldn't get sufficient traction.
Ended up taking the cabin apart - numbering each log - moving it all to the new location - reassemble by the numbers.

Look beyond the grapple - there is the cabin in its final location. View attachment 676458
Just speculating, but my hunch is dat building was built to sit right where it is, and not built to join de oil field shack club.
Channces are you never tok a up close look at a shack. Big difference in skids and how much bracing a shack has against shed you have. Bracing comes to mind real quick. Shack pretty much be sided up wid 3/4 plywood for bracing more den wind resistance. You got a tin can.
Don't pull with a V hook up. Put a spreader bar in, then do the V hookup.
250 HP?

Might want to look into de construction of St Lawrence Seaway. Whole towns of buildings got moved.
Seems like you want to look into 4 over 3 concept too.
Question ain't can it be done, de question is how it can be done widout collapsing a structure not built to be moved.
