Couldn't find a appropriate forum for this so I thought i would put it in here.
This is a homemade windmill my dad put together years ago. The fan was out of the powerhouse at the mill he worked at. Well he was going to toss it so I painted it up and put it at my place. Unfortunately the wind blew it over a few times. This year I poured a pad for it, but the blades are too tore up now. I need to replace the blades but can't find a source. Any suggestions?

whats the gauge thickness on those?

My first off the cuff suggestion would be a skin for a 55 gallon drum. it already has curve to it. although the drum ribs might create a floppy blade.

That looks to be an explosion proof high cfm exhaust fan. I would try some industrial surplus outfits for a new set of blades. I come across them at sales sometimes I have one similar I use to run a dc treadmill motor to run a fence charger.
