Sodium spikes my bp, I'm betting your spike was due to the sodium content in the sauce, not the ribs/red meat.
Speaking of sodium/salt; I'm on a no-salt diet, talk about difficult to follow. Anyway, I was told about a no-salt seasoning that's really good IMO. Improves taste of all meats and poultry.Sodium spikes my bp, I'm betting your spike was due to the sodium content in the sauce, not the ribs/red meat.
I mean I tend to agree that this idea of prescribe some med to "fix" the issue rather than figuring out a lifestyle change that might solve the problem is deeply flawed. I also agree that it was probably not the ribs in this case that caused his issue. But is that comment above your feelings or do you have information to back it up? I am not arguing with you, but I highly doubt "most commonly accepted medical advice... is flat out wrong" But I am sure there are some recommendations that are flawed for sure. Most commonly accepted "medical" advice given out the last couple of decades in regard to salt, sunlight, cholesterol, and saturated fat, for the majority of folks, has been flat out wrong. Keep eating the ribs.

There is ample information to show what he saying is right. The medical advice he is talking about has been multiple huge scams to make the people eat byproducts(I.E. Seed oils) and rely on doctors because there sick.I mean I tend to agree that this idea of prescribe some med to "fix" the issue rather than figuring out a lifestyle change that might solve the problem is deeply flawed. At 50 I have never taken any prescribed meds, and my goal is to stay off of them as long as I can by figuring out the root cause of the issue and making a lifestyle change that solves the issue rather than taking a med to hide the issue. Maybe that is a good idea for a thread.
Yeah? Really? I mean it is not a stretch to believe that the industrial medical complex in the USA wants us to stay sick, that is how they get paid. I guess part of me doesn't;'t want to believe it.There is ample information to show what he saying is right. Saturated fat is great for you, poly unsaturated fat is not.
Statins are not good for anybody
Circumcision is a barbaric cruel unnecessary crime against babies!
Raw meat is safe and very good for you.
Eggs are good for you, especially raw.
Milk, yeah - RAW
Beef is great.
The list goes on and on and there is plenty of info to back it up if your curious at all.

Do you happen to have 1 or 2 sources of information to backup your false medical advice claims? Where do I get started? Do I even want to get started?
Consider yourself fortunate....
