My guess is that since Kubota only recommends the smaller of their hoes, Woods plays it safe and does the same.
Personally, I think that if the subframe is connected properly and the operator uses the hoe with care, then it shouldn't be a problem.
Stated another way, an inattentive operator not respecting the limits of any machine will cause damage.
Knowing what I know now, if I were buying again, I would seriously consider putting the 7500 on a B7500 with a subframe mount. At the time (3 years ago), I couldn't find anyone willing to do it.
Next time I'm at my dealer's, I'll run this whole issue by him to get his 2 cents.
