FARGO, N.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Titan Machinery Inc. (NASDAQ:TITN) announced today that it has acquired Ceres Equipment Inc., a farm equipment dealership of CaseIH and New Holland brands in Roseau, MN.

Titan痴 acquisition of Ceres is effective as of February 1, 2008. Ceres reported revenues of $11 million during its most recently completed fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.
