WR Long 3rd function valve pics

I asked my dealer how the hoses were to be routed when I bought the W&R Long kit for my MX5800. He showed me a demo model with the kit installed. Like others above have said, they just zip tied them to the FEL hoses.

The LA1055 FEL on my L6060 has cutouts in the loader arms to route the 3rd function hoses inside.



I don't know why Kubota couldn't have done the same with the LA1065. I guess it's one of the perks you get when you pay the extra $$ for a Grand L.

Dang, that's what I did also, was hoping there was a better solution. Oh well, I guess as long as they're OK I'm good. Do any of you put the "protective wrapping" around them like the factory hoses have in that area? If so, where'd you get it?

Wow, that's good stuff. Those are the protective wrapping I was just referring to!

Thanks! Final ? how did you all attach the joystick wire to the battery? I added the in-line fuse that came w/ the WR Long kit right before the battery & just stuck the wire inside the battery terminal connection & tightened down. Is this OK or should I do something else?

IIRC, I tapped into a fuse box under the left side of the dashboard. Both are Kubotas, but different years and models.
