You'll have to find someone willing to do it, or do the work yourself, but sure it's possible. Typically remote start isn't installed in anything with a clutch (cars either) because you have to disable the clutch safety switch to get it to work, and if you were to accidentally leave it in gear and hit the start button, then the tractor (or car) will drive off or at least be pushed by the starter until it gets going or runs into something. They do make options for diesels where the ignition is energized for a period of time before the starter is engaged so the glow plugs can come on.
