XR4150H Fuel Injectors

Some of you may have followed my thread XR4150H Engine Failure about a spun rod bearing om my tractor. The dealer seemed to struggle with diagnosing problems with the fuel injectors. I latter found out that their injector tester doesn't work. They were relying solely on injector bleed-by as proof of good or bad.
I've got three injectors for this engine that I'd like to have rebuilt at some point. $620/injector from LS is a bit steep. the LS part number is 40265611 which makes the New Holland/Case part number MT40265611. The Delphi Technologies numbers are as follows:

The local shops in east-central Texas are not able to get the parts from their Delphi representatives. Diesel Pro, You searched for 40265611 - Diesel Pro, claims to sell new MT40265611 injectors for $388 and rebuilt injectors for $295. Unfortunately, they aren't able to get new injectors at this time and they haven't responded to my request to rebuild my injector cores.

From what I can see this injector may only go into the LS L3C19- engine. That covers 37 LS models and 19 NH/Case models. Does LS have a proprietary restriction on these injectors and injector parts.

I'd love to hear your inputs.

There’s a gazillion fuel shops thruout the country.. why not try one of them.??

I apologize for the delay. I'm aware that Case/New Holland sells these injectors through their network and also through Messick's. And yes they are a bit cheaper than LS, but rebuilding is still about a third the cost. Unfortunately, Delphi is not selling the parts necessary to rebuilt. Even my dealer admits that they have a stack of used injectors that they'd love to have rebuilt, but so far, nobody has been able to get the parts.

28359042, Injector CR, Common Rail system DELPHI Shows a parts diagram and part numbers, but don't know if they are available. I doubt there is a proprietary restriction. Delphi is a separate company not affiliated with LS. Delphi has their own service centers, but apparently they are all in Europe. Maybe try contacting Delphi for info? Also, I see # 28359042 injectors on Amazon for $369, but they are some aftermarket brand of the same injector. Not genuine Delphi. Don't know if I would take the risk. A company called Fab Heavy Parts shows them for $203, but don't know if it's a legitimate company or a scam. Also, when injectors are replaced, the dealer has to program the injector codes for the new injectors into the ECU with their laptop computer service tool.

I was wondering if you found any place to rebuild your injectors.??
U can do a Google search for: “Delphi authorized injector shops”..
When calling/emailing ask for “the injector shop”..
Then ask if they rebuild Delphi C. Rail injectors..
It may help if u have the Delphi nozzle number, just to make sure they can get them..
