The neighbor in front of us had 11 tigers and a lion. He finally decided he wanted his life back and farmed them all out.
The cages were made of chain link fencing and 4x4s.
Needles to say we had a few sleepless nights here, I'm kinda glad they are gone, for the grandchildren's safety.

Wild animals don't belong in cages. That's just wrong IMO. The kids would be tasty morsel play candy. :(

I don't get the point?🤷 Why have big cats in a small 4x4 cage? Why have them as a normal citizen at all? They must cost a fortune to feed. I don't see how that particular guy could have a profitable opeation of there kept 8n conditions like that...not this day in age

Agreed.

Plus - any guesses on whether he had insurance to cover damage or death caused by one of the animals?

They make HUGE money... millions
They claim to be helping endangered species but actually just turn out as many cubs as possible and charge people to play w and take pics w them and then they get constant donations from people who think they're helping a good cause....

Exploitation at it's worst....

Clem the cages were HUGE some were 100' long.
The posts that held it together were just 4x4s pressure treated wood.....

That said, even 100' probably didn't seem huge to an animal that covers a range of 50-150 square miles in nature...

Oh, haha! I was visualizing a tiger standing in one of those outside dog pens like you see at Tractor Supply Company!

I didn't think about donations from scam charity and selling cubs.
