Ok you have one cylinder firing. Halfway there! :)

These have an interesting sound related to the firing order: 1-2-0-0, 1-2-0-0, same as an old Honda Scrambler. Because the crank throws are 180 degrees apart and each cylinder fires on its second TDC. That uniform firing sound in the video doesn't have the other cylinder firing.

You might open the injector line on each cylinder separately to determine which cylinder fires, and which doesn't.

Okay thanks to this, I have confirmed that Cyl 1 is not firing.

Go through and bleed #1 and see if it hits.

I’ve bled both several times to no change. I REALLY hope it’s an injector issue, but when it did run there was quite a lot of white smoke coming from the crank case vent, so I do fear the worst.

Swap the Injectors. That will tell you if they are both good or not. Some things telling me they are. The crank case vent not good that's for sure. I haven't gone back but have you ran a compression test?

Waiting for the compression test adapter from Hoye to come in before pulling the injectors. Then I will do a spray pattern test and compression test.

It didn稚 have a whole lot of black smoke unless I went to a higher gear and gave it some fuel via the foot pedal or throttle lever. Then some black smoke, wouldn稚 call it overly excessive though.

As far as blowby out the crank case, seems like quite a bit of white vapor and oil droplets come out.
I do know that the oil is probably 2 years old though according to what the PO told me when I bought it.

I do fear a compression issue, probably along with a fuel issue.

There should not be water in the crank case. If there is maybe the o ring on oil cap is bad and its raining into it, or you have a blown head gasket allowing water into the oil and you see it boiling off?

Your black smoke with increased throttle is all perfectly normal.

Not sure where you’re getting that there is water in the crank case, I never said anything of the sort.

"seems like quite a bit of white vapor " , i took this to mean steam. I guess it could be unburned diesel as well?

Either un burned diesel, or possible excessive blow by, but just to clarify, there isn’t any water in the oil. It definitely was a smokey vapor, mixed with black oil droplets.

Compression test reviled that there is not enough compression in cylinder 1 to even show on the gauge.
There is some air pushing out, but if I hold my finger over the hole and crank it over, it doesn稚 have enough force to blow my finger off. Some leaks past, but I can keep my finger firmly on the hole without much effort.

I checked checked and re-checked making sure everything was good and sealed several times to be sure.
In fact, the little air it pushes up, it sucks right back in again, on the downward stroke, never developing compression.

I didn稚 check the rear cylinder as I didn稚 want to fight with getting the injector out tonight, but the rear cylinder does fire up on the first crank or two, so it obviously has enough.
