YM186D starting/voltage problem

/ YM186D starting/voltage problem #21  
I was able to turn the brushes around! Org. Ym2000 starter I had problems with. Shop that rebuilt it mentioned they noticed it! Couldn't of been much left of them. That lasted Yrs..
