My 4 year old 4310 has 2 simple problems. The throttle and 3 pt slide and will not hold on their own. When new both stayed put after placement. Anyone know how hard and what is involved with tinkering. Any site of adjustment seems to be buried behind cowling, etc. Thanks.

My 4310 will not maintain a throttle position. If I am mowing the throttle will creep down steadily from about 2200rpm to 1500 rpm. Most annoying as I had to hold the throttle to maintain engine and RFM rpm. I only have 26 hours. Call the dealer or try to fix myself? Any thoughts? Thanks.

I suspect my I match was not set up properly. The ballast box can't be picked up by just backing up to it. I would have to rest it on some blocks to be able to do a simple snatch pickup. This isn't right, is it?
