Model Year: 2008
The Good: - Kohler engine (great). - Traction on hillside or step area - Transmission - Tires The Okay: - Light duty deck (on second replacement spindles). The Bad: - The cut was never very even. I use the highest setting (about 3"). It's okay but certainly not good. - The PTO switch and the entire mechanism/system. I replaced the switch with the genuine replacement which worked for a couple of months. Worse than the first one. I also replaced the PTO, however that didn't seem to be the issue just the switch and wiring. - I've finally totally rewired the whole thing and am using a 20 amp automotive "on/off" switch to run the PTO. So far so good.
Pros: Relatively inexpensive, good engine & tranny.
Cons: Poor PTO switch and wiring. Also the cut was never great looking.
