Happy with my LS tractor
Model Year: 2014
I'm totally satisfied with my XR4040HC tractor. I just finished moving about 50 yards of wet dirt with my loader on nasty wet boggy ground. I was loading each bucket with the dirt humped up 18 inches above the top of the bucket and I had to go down and up a mild creek bank in order to stock pile the dirt in another location. The large front tires gave me enough flotation to keep from getting stuck. The rear tires were barely touching the ground throughout the job because of the amount of weight in the bucket. My tractor kept going strong no matter the conditions.Before buying my LS I had priced a John Deere and Kubota with exactly the same features and I was actually able to buy the LS for one third less money. It seems like no one has heard of a LS tractor but with the quality of these tractors it's just a matter of time until folks find out about the LS tractors. I have no regrets with my purchase.
Pros: Good quality, good looks and great performance
Cons: A slight grinding sound when turning the steering wheel.
