Financing kubota financing

Hello, Im new to the forum. I have been doing alot of reading and searching
and decided to join the forum. I am in hopes of getting a new bx1860 with a 48inch mmm and a fel. The question is how hard is it to get financed through
kubota. Im going to apply in december while the 42 month 0 percent intrest option is still available. My wife and I will be apply jointly and I have a good/excelent credit score and so does she. We are going through some renovations to our home right now and have a few loans but nothing to major. Im real excited about getting this new tractor and just want everything to go smooth. With good credit, a co-signer and not to much debt to income ratio based on your loans etc... you should have no problem. Sometimes I know people who were required to just put a little more down if the #'s didnt work. Good luck and welcome!

Yes for sure, as soon as it gets here I will post some pics up. I am very excited to get it. The dealer quoted me 10,700 with the FEL and 48inch MMM. From what i can tell that seems to be a very good price.

Good luck on the financing! I agree with the rest that depending on your debt ratios - it should be okay.

for consumer credit, your score is all that matters. A person does not even look at a majority of the applications, its all computerized. Kubota is more picky than some of the other companies, as long as you have few late pays and are not over levereged you'll be fine.

okay great, thats good to know and its nice hearing it from a kubota dealer him self. I hate to sound so worried but I am just really excited about getting my first tractor and getting out of all this manual labor im doing. One more question, I think I have to decided to go with the 48 months and 15 percent down. Is it easier to get financed with the 15 percent down rather the the 42 month and nothing down? Thanks.

Yes the 15% down is easier. I just got approved for the 15% down but not the 0% down because of some old credit problems that I had. My credit score is around 660 because of my old problems. Though now I have only my house mortgage so my debit to income ratio is good. Hope that helps.

Have you tried calling Chris at Lawson's in Rose Hill, VA. We are about an hour away from you.
His phone is 276-445-5411. This is my brother and he sells alot of kubotas in your area. He has people coming 200-300 miles a way because if the price.

I know he will be out of the office tommorrow the 18th but he will be back on Monday. The hours are 8 to 5 m-f and 8-12 on Sat. The also deliver at no charge to your door.

They have a certified tech for any issues you would need repaired which being a kubota is very rare...

I know they have beat the price and got the sale on a lot of units being priced from the kubota dealer there in kingsport on glen garden drive


Also I agree with the other kubota dealer...the credit checks are all computerized and they are almost always approved as soon as they are submited. Very few come back with questions, sometimes if the buyers credit isn't as good they may require a larger down payment. But the way it sounds you shouldn't have a problem. In all honestly I only remember a few applicants that flat get turned down for credit.

You can try to get the 0% and they will let the dealer know if you meet the requirements or not then if you don't then go with the other. Also I was thinking at the 42 months you had to pay 15% down to get 0% financing but at 36 month 0% was no money down.
