Funny you should mention her old avatar.
Loretta soon found out a 12v grease gun was the way to go shortly after that photo.
It's sooo much easier!

This is a Harbor Freight one.
It came with 2 batteries and works very good. I think I paid $48 bucks or so about 2 years ago. I think they still have specials on them from time to time. I also did a review on it but I can't find the thread?

Now that we are using our new wood burning stove a lot, I made something new for the Log Home. It's a firewood cart that is pretty cool. I started a thread about it where you can see how it's made and what it does.

Just my guess, but I noticed the same thing.
Being happy with little or no stress can do that to a person. Just having the major portion of getting moved in to the new home has to make you feel good.

But then again, maybe it was getting her own tractor.

Oh man, you guys are scoring BIG points with Loretta !!!
But you know what, I was thinking the same thing. But why??
Well. I'll tell ya. She looks great with short hair. She was growing it longer and then recently decided to wear it short again. Do you guys know what a Flo-Bee hair cutter is? Ever seen one? It is a hair cutting device that vacuums the hair up while it's being cut. Well, I've been using one and on the kids for over 20 years now. She asked if I thought I could cut her hair too, since she wanted it short again. I said SURE ... end of story. I cut her hair with my Flo-Bee, and it looks great. hahaha

Flo-Bees are the way to go. My wife has been cutting my hair with one for, well, a loooong time. But I have to tell ya, I wish that you had not told us, my wife has been wanting to cut her hair and hearing first hand that we all think that it makes Lorreta look younger, well just adds fuel to the fire. My wife has gorgeous waist length hair and wants to cut it off. She had short hair when we met and thinks that she wants it again.
Well only time will tell, and it is her hair.

It would be nice to have enough hair to use a flo-bee. I've just gone with the dog clippers without a guard, haven't had anything on top for the last 20 years and long on the siddes with nothing on top wasn't my style.
