Well here is my partial solution. I also own a BX1850. When I tested it at the dealer I also noticed but figured it not a big concern. I also figured that it was a breaking in issue, assuming it would go away. Well its up to 50hrs and it is still not gone. I have now gotten used to it. I also find that unless you have a rather long foot that it is hard to straddle the forward and reverse pedal at the same time. So I added a little mini pedal to the shaft of the forward pedal so that my foot can easily straddle both pedals. I also found this very helpful with the tranny stopping issue because I now have better control when coming to a stop.
I think they did that to get the pedals closer to the deck. In mine, with the pivot point above the floorboard, you can't operate the tractor without your entire foot resting on the treadle. This means your right foot is always a couple inches higher than your left....now you have to raise your leg and move your foot back and forth...
Talked with my dealer today and he is sending the parts tomorrow morning to fix mine. Guaranteed. I checked the fix on one last week at his lot and there was no jerk. He said the fix is bundled and the Bundle Repair Package has a name so if you want to try it on yours then request it by name. It's called the BX2660 course you will need to go by first and sign the papers obligating you to pay regular monthly payments for 60 months or cash or good check. Tomorrow morning I expect my jerky stopping BX2350 to be removed from my life and the repair left. Goodbye, adios, so long.
Here's a video on concrete. It's level, 2800 RPM, high range and 2 wheel drive.
Now lets see some of you guys post videos of your BX22's and the new BX 60 series. We would like to check them out for comparison.
