I never new what that stuff looked like. I just had my Perk test completed and now that's what I have to look forward to I believe it tested for 300' or something like that. I'll be on ground when the system is installed so I will see what goes underneath. You just never think about this stuff until your building.

Hey, no problem!. Heres the rest of the installation. I guess this thread is more about installing a drainfield than my hoe. I actually do most of the work with my little mini. I just use the backhoe to dig out the beds and install the tanks.

heres the bed ready for the all important squirt test.....squirt test, whew. Got my residual head..... and the mechanical zoning valve that alternates the two beds.

Noticed on the JCB site that they say the engine is a JCB. I assume they mean Perkins (owned by Cat I think) built to their specs?

Actually I have no idea who makes the engine. It has JCB plastered all over it. They are a huge company. Don't they make their own?

JCB started making their own after Cat bought Perkins... I don't know dates...
