Why are we even talking about BioDiesel.
Accord to what I've read Kubota won't support anything over B5 (5%).
Which is kind of useless.
I also read that anything over B5 runs like crap in the Bxx20 series (E-TVCS engines)
I'm actually very well versed on this. The reason Kubota only okay's B5 comes from the Kubota engine division. They sell engines to over 500 other companies who put the engines into a wide variety of applications. When they okay B5, they do it not just for Kubota tractors but also for all these other applications as well... so they play it on the conservative side.
We at our store actaully put B10 (gasp) in the tanks. Its what our local fuel oil company delivers. We've never noticed any ill effects, but I would not doubt that there are mixes of Bio out there that would not run well as there are so many different forumuations and mixes of bio. The only time we recomend against bio is on engines with common rail fuel injection.
