I didn't intend to sound like I thought you should wait for the dealer, nor did I intend to say that you should go off on them. My point was that I sent an email that was merely an inquiry as to my tractor being covered for equipment designed for larger hp tractor. Never meant to rock the boat, and certainly did not slam the dealer. My point was that two months later Kubota has yet to respond to my question. They aren't going to. I own a Building company and is there is one thing i've learned over the years is that one certainly catches more flies with honey than vinegar. I alienated my dealer by merely asking a question. I am sure that this is more indicative of this particular dealer than Kubota in general. I agree that you should keep on them. I do not think that yelling at them, not making your payment or anything that extreme is necessary, just wanted to state that apparently some dealers take these things personally, and despite my best efforts to merely have confirmation on a simple question, they got pissed. Too bad, I waited for four years to by a Kubota, from this particular dealer, paid the price he set, and for all my money and trouble I have no relationship with them. Good luck! I'll be interested in hearing how all this shakes out.
