"someone would manufacture V shaped insert that inserts into and cover up the front of FEL opening and uses a QW Attach"

Sub frame attach to bucket, one pin to install/remove plow.

V-shape plow,equipment auctions etc...most plow v-plow comes w/frames.

FEL good for moving piles of snow, not plowing it. Blades on front of tractors don't work well. Lift front wheels and get unstable. Tractor tires pack it down before the rear blade gets a chance to move it.
If I use my FEL with the bucket on to push snow. Snow will get under the bucket and lift the front wheels.
When I take the bucket off and put the snow plow on the FEL it NEVER tries to lift the front wheels.

Curl your bucket down a bit, so the front cutting edge is a bit lower then the rear of the bucket.
Since you write it'll lift the front wheels, I'd suggest your loader isn't in float...that means pushing your joystick forward until after you pass a detent.

Hi Thomas , please expand , are you saying a company already does do this So you can just insert or attach and not have to remove FEL?

Rear blade and FEL loader with a decent size bucket is a pretty good combo if you are on a budget and just doing your own drive and not trying to make money at it or anything.

I've seen snow pusher for larger hp tractor for sale, but nothing yet 50hp or less.

High % snow plows attach to buckets gentlemens have made there own or had made.

TBN member Haystack just finish making outstanding snow pusher..custom build,plow/blade section worth checking out.

Thomas I cannot find a TBN member named Haystack. There is a Haystacker
but that member only has 1 post and it discusses pouring a concrete floor.
Can you point me to the right member?

I am not crazy about a rear blade or the FEL. I use both. The rear blade tends to just windrow the snow to the side. At the end of the line I notice I haven't really moved that much snow.

The FEL is slow going but all the work is out ahead of me. I enjoy the cold and being outside so I am not much bothered by the slow going part. The finished product always looks nice, especially if I use the rear blade turned around....using the backside of the blade to get things all cleaned up and nice and smooth.

I prefer the bucket over the blade for the grunt of the job.

Would like a 60" 3pt. snowblower.

Have moved alot of snow with a FEL and and a rear blade. Not the best, but beats a scoop. Front snow blades do have some down sides. You have to be able to push it somewhere, and if you're using an angled blade and the snow is deep or hard, it can/will slide the front end sideways. With a loader, at least I can scoop through the deepest stuff, or drag it out with a rear blade if you can lift it high enough to get over the bank. I had to move most of this drift 1 bucket at a time, couldn't push through to make a path to start with.

Because of the big drifts I get, Have picked up a 6' blower for this winter. If all goes well, won't have to use it much.
