Absolutely!!! I understand that you feel your dealer has been trying to take care of you - but if they have not already been all over Deere trying to rectify this, there is something wrong.

It still sounds like something in the fuel tank. It
sounds like a piece of debris is sucking into the fuel pick up
and shutting fuel off, then without suction the debris
can float around till suction pulls it back and plugs/covers
the pickup.... ??

My 2010 3320 only has 15 hours on it, but not a problem so far. I love my tractor, but I would be raising holy **** if I had the same problems as you are having. For the money these things cost they better be d*mn near bulletproof.

Just returned from JD shop, the 3320 was taken to them on Monday. They said the tractor ran all day long with not one cut-off until it was driven around the lot and up a hill then the cut-offs started every 2 or 3 minutes. No idea what is causing the cut-offs.
A step by step of all actions is now compiled and going to Deere. Maybe the engineers can figure it out???????

Before it cuts out does it act like it's starved for fuel? Could be something in the tank. Get a flashlight and look in it. Also check the lines and float bowl, again if you have already do it.
Make sure a line isn't being crimped by tractor movement too.
It's not impossible there isn't something wrong with pumps or even electrical problems causing the the fuel solenoid to cut out. Check your electrical connections to the fuel solenoid and put a meter on it to make sure it's not losing voltage or the voltage isn't dropping. You can do this with the tractor stationary. Put a meter across the solenoid and start moving wires around.
There's a good chance you might find it this way. Don't overlook a bad solenoid either.

Here's an easy way to check if the solenoid is dropping out. The solenoid, once activated, is only held on with a latch. Any interruption of power to that latch will cause the solenoid to disengage and stay disengaged. It will only re-engage by turning off the key and going to Start again. So if the engine quits, leave the key on, open the hood, and look at the solenoid. If it is still engaged then it is not the problem. If it has dropped back to the disengaged position, then there is your problem. Actual cause could be loss of electrical power or an internal problem with the solenoid. This test should either clear the solenoid as your problem, or cause further tests to determine why it dropped out.
That's good to know, thanks. From what I'm hearing this sounds like the area of the trouble. There's no starving and the big clue is that it runs fine if it sits.
Another thing you can do is run the tractor and tap the solenoid with the back of a screw driver but I'd check wiring problems first.

If you are still running the OEM battery, change it. My 06 JD3320 didn't act like yours when my battery crashed, but it sure exhibited some odd behaviors. When JD755 said electrical, I thought battery.
Of course that is my suggested fix for about everything that goes wrong with a 3x20 series tractor.
