Paul: I can see how the moderator might think the images are a little extreme. Still, leave the thing alone, no problem! I had to check out the whole series of pics., and I want to know how come the mower never gets used? No grass clippings, no dust, no scratches where there should be scratches, like on the hitch plate? Too **** clean! Probably not even a sign of dried grass under the mowing deck. Probably the blades are freshly painted. I did notice some normal looking trailers (used and not sparkely clean) and such lurking in the background in one pic. which is a bit reassuring. I guess you have too much water up there on the rock- I can't afford to waste our precious well water on cleaning up equipment, much as I want to. I have a really similar poly garden cart, but mine doesn't have stake pockets- nice feature! Plus, it looks pretty used.

If the powers that be have a problem with pictures made by two very talented women...well as you say, there are plenty of other sites for me to hang out at.

Oh man bugs was just the greatest. My Dad and I would sit down in front of the TV and laugh our heads off. They took it off TV for awhile because they said it was to violent I see it's back on again so someone smartened up. :thumbsup: I was never happy when they put the road runner on with Bugs though.

If we get that sensitive that we can't look at a decal and see humor in it then maybe I'm in the wrong place. There's much worst that could and have been posted then that. The more I think about it the higher my blood pressure goes

As for the zero turn. I keep it clean. Part of ownership for me is enjoying looking after these things by keeping it clean at all times. Been like it all my life. When I ordered the mower i ordered the optional front folding hideaway jack for it as well. It make it easier to clean the deck and well worth the $200. it cost for the thing. As for water usage. We don't have any water meters on our town supplied system. I can see the day when we will though.

The little trailer comes in handy as well and works great with the zero turn. I thought it would be difficult to back up but it's actually easier than if it had conventional steering.

The other trailers you see in the background are used a good bit. One open trailer is used to put my scrap in and when it's full I hook on to it and go dump it. No mess around the shop doing it that way.

The other closed in trailer is a driveway sealing machine I built a few years ago and is used to coat my driveway. It has a 5 HP Honda engine, an aluminum holding tank and a pressure pump for applying the sealer. Works very well. Helps keep the place clean looking. Thanks for posting.

No water metering, hunh? Interesting. Believe-it-or-not, in our county,
there are some folks on rural land with their own water wells who have
meters and get charged by the Water District for their own usage.

Anyway, keep up the interesting posts.

I have all five or six DVD volumes of Looney Tunes. Each volume contains 4 DVD's. I always liked the roadrunner, and how a simple bird could outwit 'Wile E. Coyote - Genius' was a riot. I especially got a kick out of the fake Latin species names at the beginning of each toon.

One volume had Whoopie Goldberg begin each disk telling us how politically incorrect these cartoons are. I yelled back at the TV, "Shut the frak up Whoopie!" and then skipped over her preaching on subsequent disks.

Now I know 'The Rock' has plenty of water. Until last year it was illegal to capture rainwater in Colorado. There are still some restrictions on what for and how you collect it; but at least you aren't breaking the law like a common criminal now.

IMO, that law is nuts. That would infer that the state claims ownership of any and all water that falls from the sky. My first reaction is to ask if the state has had any aquafers or resivoirs before last year? If so, then technically, they've been breaking their own law.

Laws like that bother me, because under the same type of pretexts they could also claim ownership of the air on your property. I don't see something like this happening, but technically if a state claimed such ownership, it could charge you for breathing it's air.

Thanks my friend. I like to keep it all clean. I've always been like that. My two sons are the same way as well No water meters around here. To tell the truth I wouldn't know what one looks like I don't know what's going on these days even around here. We're supposed to have some of the purest water in the world and plenty of it and the stores can't keep bottled water in stock. I can't see why it's like that.

The only reason I can see is that the towns here use Chlorine in the water and some folks don't like to see it in the water. I've seen our bath tub turn green in places at times because of the amount of the stuff they use in the water but everyone involved said it's at a safe level. The funny part about all of this is that tests have shown that the bottled water sold was not spring water but tap water and people still buy it. I don't know but have always said it's crazy. That's exactly what the state claimed...that they owned the rainwater that may run off your property and into a river, or migrate through the ground to replenish an aquifer. That's the problem with living in a semi-arid state where water isn't as abundant as other parts of the country.

I'll have my people call Whoopie's people and give her the warning about not coming to 'The Rock' because she was chastising Bugs and his pals.
