Tires L-3130-HST right tire wear on outside. front axle problem.

It's not 2". Attached is a shot of the toe-in adjustment spec from the L3130 manual.

Well ... at least you didn't go for the 8 side of the (2 to 8 mm) and set it at 8 inches toe in... that may have required you to use the rear wheel lock to move forward...
