New grapple and Diverter Install

I took delivery on a new 48" W. R. Long OBG2 with extra bottom tines about 2 weeks ago and after trying it out using my 3rd SCV valve for the grapple function, I went ahead and installed a rear remote 12v Diverter Valve so that I could keep my HTL hooked up all the time. Even though I do consider the grapple another "toy", I cannot believe how many uses I have found for it. It is awesome and the Long quality is great. The valve I installed is the same as many others have installed and I have included pics of the mounting bracket, wiring, and finished job. Many thanks to all that have posted info about grapples and Diverters. I could never have done this job without people like Kenng G, and this forum.

Nice install, I can't tell from the pics but what is your third SCV power? Do you have any pic of the finished product with the switch? Still waiting (patiently) for chipper pics LOL.

Very cool! Do you have any idea of the weight of the front end grapple components? It looks substantial.

Nice work Bob! Thanks for posting the hydraulic work. So far, I have gotten along OK with the single JD SVC and the front line kit....but I keep considering a similar approach to what you have got here. WTG :thumbsup:

Amazing what work those grapples can do.

Seems I never put my bucket on anymore.

Hey Matt.
I"m not sure what you mean but here is a pic of the installed switch. It is the "light" switch on the right. "Off" is for Diverter pass through, ( HTL ), and On is for the front remotes. The 3rd SCV Power is the set of Factory Rear Remotes.
