Question :Might sound like a dumb one(ques),but do you know if some bison breeders actually ever branded their herd ?

Bullbreaker,there where/are a few breeders that put a brand on buffalo,i ain't one of them.

Today the USDA requires Bison imported from Canada to be branded(part of the BSE aftermath BS)

In my new food plot. Put in some oats to cover the clover/alfalfa. Seems like there are 3 or 4 young deer but no mature ones on game camera yet.

My buddy's wife snapped this while walking their dog. Bow hunt not far from there(city,no guns). So needless to say I an excited for mid sept if they are that big already. Pic was taken yesterday!!

This was right at dusk and I was 100 yards or so away so my zoom and focus wasn't too sharp. He didn't seem too concerned with me. Pretty rough looking character though.

The ears have me thinking coyote(3rd pic), I thought it was a deer at first. The lack of hair is spooky.

It aint coyote with that body and long rattail

Not really a critter but just found this slug/snail :confused2: on ground out back searching for rocks that seem to grow now and then.
He/she was at least an extra 50% longer but coiled up when I approached it.
