Maybe you can get Messick and your dealer together. Messick says they have never seen a jerky one and yours is the only one that has fixed one. Maybe they can sort it out and Messick can report back. 
More seriously though, Messick is an active member of these forums so maybe they could help front the effort between us and your dealer so there are not 50 dealers calling them about this one issue. Hopefully Messick could translate dealer speak into something useful for us all.
