Has anyone noticed how if you leave a bucket of water outside (or a wheelbarrow, etc...) invariably it ends up with one or more earthworms in it? I can understand worms showing up in puddles, but how the heck do they get in water buckets?

Mosquito larvae. Dump the water.
Nope, they're earthworms. You could pat 'en down with a paper towel and use them as fishing bait.
I think it might be time to change your medication.
I mean who in their right mind would 'pat down a worm' if they were just going to throw it back in the water as bait?

You have got to make sure they're not armed.
Air Port pat down?
Naw, that's done with xrays.
"Sir, you will have to put your worm in the machine"

Aha, somebody caught them in the act, maybe. But could they really climb up a smooth sided plastic drywall Pail? A wheelbarrow? And if so, is it just an accident, or are they committing suicide?
I am going to the cabinet to see if I have anything in the line of meds to take ... see the ripple affect you have started.
If you don't find meds, then ripple itself will certainly do. Am I dating myself here, or do they still make that stuff? In my day it was a tenth of a step above MD 2020.....and several steps below sanity.
